Avcon Systems, one of the oldest material handling solutions providers in the country, was established under the guidance of Mr. V.S. Sawarkar in 1984. Mr. V.S. Sawarkar, having more than 45 years in the material handling industry, founded Avcon in a very unpretentious manner, providing material handling solutions.

Our trusted solutions and commitment have made customers come back to us. Avcon has developed skills for helping our customers with the correct selection of equipment for optimum usage in a cost-effective manner. Avcon Founded by Mr. V.S. Sawarkar with team of service engineers and a commitment to the services of battery-operated material handling equipment.

More than 40 % market share in the western region for AMC’s material handling equipment.

Over 500+ retrofitting projects were executed for battery-operated equipment for material handling. Attaining a wide experience in the service industry, we realised the need for equipment suitable to the domestic user environment, and in 1992, we expanded our activities to the manufacturing of material handling equipment.

Our Founders

Vinod Sawarkar

Founder

Mr. V.S. Sawarkar started his career as a service engineer with a leading material handling equipment manufacturing company back in 1972. He has worked on numerous material handling applications with all major companies in India and now has an individual experience of more than 50 years in the field. He is currently the guiding light of AVCON and provides his expertise in the design enhancement of our product range and the and the improvisation of our service experience for all our customers and partners. His values are the backbone of AVCON, and his tireless learning attitude continues to propel energy throughout the entire team.

Aniruddha Sawarkar

Operations Head

Mr. Aniruddha Sawarkar commenced his career since 2004 with service and spare parts division which is the back bone of entire material handling industry. Serving more than 300 AMC Customers for more than 15 years Mr. Aniruddha attained vast experience in preventive measures for MHE’s and understanding significant challenges of maintaining MHE’s for uninterrupted operations in every industrial vertical . He is currently heading the Operations and After Sales Service Division for a leaner resource management and continuous improvement in functions.

Aniket Sawarkar

Sales, Marketing & Product Development

Mr. Aniket Sawarkar onboarded AVCON in 2013 after having 2.5 years’ experience in the marine industry. He adds a new dimension to the to the product solutions offering with continuous R&D and market study to identify material handling challenges. He is currently heading sales and marketing functions and accomplishing mergers and collaborations with various companies for a wide array of material handling solutions for India as well as the global market.
